How do I make an appointment for a tattoo?

Please contact us at (732)396-1372text or call to book a consultation. Please do not contact us via social media. At the consultation, you will discuss your ideas, book your tattoo appointment and leave a deposit. 

How old do I need to be to get tattooed?
You need to be 18 years old to get a tattoo. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Please speak to Robert at your consultation, regarding which documentation is needed. 

Do you accept walk-ins?
Times of Grace is a private, appointment-only shop. We do accept walk-ins please call or text the shop beforehand, to see if we are available.

What is your rescheduling policy?
We require 48 hours notification in order to keep your deposit and reschedule your appointment. No exceptions.

How much does a tattoo cost?
We cannot give pricing over the phone/internet, because every tattoo is different. Please speak to Robert at your consultation regarding pricing.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Gift certificates can either be purchased online or in our shop. Please call ahead if you intend on picking it up at the shop.

What are your hours?
Times of Grace is a strictly appointment-only studio. We do not offer traditional, store hours.

Where can I park?
We have parking available in the lot next to our business.

Do you offer piercings?
Times of Grace is a strictly tattoo-only studio. We do not offer piercings.

How do I take care of my tattoo?
Please see the Aftercare section of our website for details.

Do I need to come into the shop to book an appointment?
We require a consultation with Robert in order to book an appointment. Please call or text us at (732)396-1372 to book a consultation.

What should I bring with me when I get my tattoo?
You need to bring a driver’s license or photo ID in order to get your tattoo. Other items such as headphones, a pillow, music etc. are helpful in making the client feel comfortable. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for access to the area being tattooed.

Are are touch-ups free?

Touch-ups are free within the first six months of getting the tattoo, unless the client shows neglect in caring for the tattoo. Any touch-ups after six months will be the financial responsibility of the client.

Can I see my drawing before my appointment?

Tattooing is about trusting your artist. Robert is unable to show clients their drawings ahead of their appointments. Any changes that need to made will be done at the tattoo appointment.

Can I bring friends and family with me when I get tattooed?
Please refrain from bringing anyone else with you to your appointment. Please refer to the COVID-19 section of our website.
