All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be credited towards your final tattoo session. All no-shows and/or cancellations within a 48 hour period will forfeit their deposit.

Shop minimum is $100.
You must be 18 years of age to enter Times of Grace, or 16 with a legal guardian. No children, animals, nor large groups of people are permitted inside.
Touch-ups will be done without charge for completed tattoos that are six months old or less. Any tattoo older than six months, showing sun-damage and/or neglect will be the client’s financial responsibility.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be tattooed and will lose their deposit.
Large-scale tattoos and anyone unsure of size, subject matter and/or placement require an in-person consultation with Robert.
Subject matter and/or placement are solely at Robert’s discretion.
Robert does not do drawings for clients that will not be getting tattooed by him.
All client drawings will be done for the day of a scheduled appointment. They will not be available for viewing beforehand.
Please be respectful of Robert’s time. Be on time for your appointment. If you do not show up or don’t call us within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit and must reschedule.
Please do not come to your appointment if you are unwell. Call us within 48 hours to reschedule your appointment due to illness.
No food is permitted in the tattoo room. If you must bring food to your appointment, it must be kept in our refrigerator.
Smoking and/or Vaping is not permitted inside the shop. Please keep our tattoo environment sanitary.
Please make sure you are prepared for your tattoo. Wear appropriate clothing, shave the tattoo area, bathe prior to your appointment and bring all necessities (driver’s license, pillow, headphones, payment method etc.) with you.
